This is where your know-how is needed:
- You are our figurehead: as the first point of contact for our customers, you ensure that everyone feels welcome and in good hands with your friendly and professional manner
- Service with heart: Your focus is on the smooth and service-oriented processing of payment transactions – whether cash or non-cash. You ensure that all transactions are processed to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
- Customer needs at a glance: You understand the individual needs of our customers and pass these on to the relevant advisor in a targeted manner to ensure optimal support.
- Proactive support: Through your active approach, you help our customers to use the self-service devices efficiently and thus contribute to improving the customer experience.
- Communication skills: You make appointments over the phone and ensure that all information reaches the right contact person clearly and comprehensibly.
- Living the service culture: You embody our service standards and make a valuable contribution to high customer satisfaction.
Your know-how is in demand here:
