As Junior Recruiting Manager – Hotel Services (f⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, a varied job in recruiting awaits you, from Central Switzerland to the whole world!

  • Recruitment of personnel for the Guest Service department (reception and guest services), as well as Family & Arts (child and youth care and creative artists) of the Mein Schiff® fleet
  • Reviewing and processing incoming applications, including the entire communication chain through to successful recruitment
  • Independent organization and implementation of preliminary interviews and partly online interviews
  • Responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of castings
  • Presence at various trade fairs and career days, including extensive travel
  • Bringing in new and creative ideas to attract future crew members

Your course & your talents

What you bring with you:

  • Professional experience on cruise ships is essential, advantageous in the guest service or family & arts sector
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
  • First professional experience in human resources and/or active sourcing desirable
  • convincing, positive and communicative team player with a sense of responsibility
  • Initiative, flexibility, resilience, a structured way of working and a high degree of empathy
  • You live in Switzerland or are prepared to relocate to Switzerland permanently (based in Zug)
  • Strong organizational skills with confident IT skills (especially MS Office)
  • Very good knowledge of German (level C2) and very good knowledge of English required
