Your qualifications
Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) and already have several years of professional experience in catering management or in large-scale catering, ideally with management experience
- You have in-depth knowledge of food law, hygiene regulations, HACCP guidelines and occupational safety
- You are familiar with MS Office, merchandise management and cash register systems. Experience with food management systems is also an advantage
- You have a good understanding of business management, are cost-conscious and think entrepreneurially
- Organizational skills and a reliable way of working round off your profile
