Assistant Housekeeping Manager (STARS)*
You are happy to take on your tasks:
- Supporting the housekeeper in all matters
- Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with quality standards
- Daily control of the cleaning work in the entire house
- Planning and organizing basic and special cleanings
- Implementing and monitoring processes in accordance with the quality guidelines
- Processing guest requests and complaints
- Recording and forwarding defects
- Managing the material and laundry inventory
- Monitoring the cleaning materials and equipment used
- Monitoring and checking laundry deliveries and orders
