Your Job
This awaits you on your journey with us:
- Performing the daily routine on the reception (administration department), adhering all regulations, instructions and tasks given by the Hotel Manager
- Dealing with any passenger queries in a confident manner together with solving any passenger problems
- Ability to work by own initiative in accordance with the set standards and regulations
- Confidentiality of all paperwork
- Correct posting in the respective EDP-system and foreign exchange
Your course & your talents
Here's what you bring on board:
- Qualified training skills within the hotel business or onboard cruise ship experience
- Work experience as assistant purser or receptionist
- Knowledge of the relevant EDP-systems
- Competence in English language
- Trustworthy and able to work by own initiative as well as in a team
- Costs, currencies, and quality awareness
- Pleasant, polite manners and well-groomed and clean appearance
