Your tasks
- Active participation in the daily workflow in the kitchen
- Preparation of the mise en place
- Preparation of various national and international dishes & meals
- Support in the implementation of tasks & goals
- Checking the inventory and clearing the delivery
- Compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP
Your profile
- Completed training with sound food and product knowledge
- Enjoy working with food
- Flexibility with regard to weekend & public holiday work
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Clean and efficient way of working
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German - our kitchen language is German
