Haberl Gastronomie has been one of the leading gastronomy companies in Munich for over 50 years. The family-run company has ten different gastronomic establishments in various catchment areas in and around Munich – from upscale restaurants to one of the most traditional festival tents at the Oktoberfest Munich, popular and well-known beer gardens and delicatessen kiosks. The “Wirtshaus Franz Xaver”, a Haberl Gastronomie establishment, is the modern Bavarian inn with a long history in Oberhaching on the Kugler Alm. The cuisine at Franz Xaver is a modern reinterpretation of Bavarian and Austrian culinary classics with regional ingredients, including from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden and local suppliers. Favorite dishes are cooked anew.
