Front Office Manager (STARS)*
You are happy to take on these tasks:
- Coordinating and ensuring that the front office always runs smoothly
- Professional and cordial reception as well as optimal care of our guests
- Check in and check out our guests, as well as complaint management
- Effective handling of special guest requests and challenges
- Responsibility for cash management and debtor control
- Ensuring the correct handling of the franchisor’s bonus systems
- Contact person for the front office team, roster planning; vacation planning (in cooperation with the management)
- Carry out all administrative tasks at the front and in the back office safely and independently
- You contribute to an efficient operational process and ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our hotel
- Completion and control of F/O daily tasks according to applicable checklists
- Collaboration at the front office in the operational business in the early and late shift
- Handling guest correspondence
