You are happy to take on these tasks:

• Management, organization and control of the entire housekeeping department, including all employees, temporary staff and external companies
• Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with quality standards
• Daily monitoring of cleaning work throughout the hotel
• Planning and organization of basic and special cleaning
• Implementing and monitoring processes in accordance with the quality guidelines
• Processing guest requests and complaints
• Recording and forwarding defects
• Managing the material and laundry inventory
• Monitoring the cleaning materials and equipment used
• Monitoring and checking laundry deliveries and orders
