Your tasks
Preparation of hot main courses, vegetables and side dishes
Portioning and distributing the food into the appropriate containers
Instructing kitchen assistants / kitchen helpers when filling the dishes
Compliance with hygiene standards in accordance with legal and operational requirements
Experience in a commercial kitchen would be desirable
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook or housekeeper
Independent working style, reliability and willingness to cooperate in a team
Confident handling of production lists and recipes
Responsible, careful handling of food
