Your previous course
Your tasks:
- You will provide dietary and nutritional advice, taking into account individual illnesses and risk factors, in the form of individual consultations, group training sessions, lectures and the practical teaching kitchen
- You will train, treat and care for PEG patients and carry out weight checks
- You will prepare snacks
- You plan and carry out teaching kitchens for prevention and therapy
- You look after patients in the dining room
Your destination
Your requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a dietician (m/f/d), ecotrophologist (m/f/d) or certified nutritionist (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards as well as HACCP guidelines
- Enjoy working in a team
- Social skills, empathy, sensitivity and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of nutritional value calculation and declaration of a menu plan
