You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Supporting and representing the housekeeper in all matters
- Responsibility for the high quality of floor and laundry service, as well as constant quality assurance and compliance with standards according to the specifications of tristar GmbH and the franchisor
- Release of cleaned and checked rooms
- Efficient and timely inventory control and reordering of materials and equipment
- Responsible for lost property and its management and return to guests
- Inventory overview including management of uniforms, carrying out fittings and ordering
- Ensuring smooth work processes and reliable cleanliness throughout the building
- Checking and ensuring order and cleanliness in all warehouses, floor offices and cleaning rooms
- Coordinating communication with other departments (especially technology and reception) to ensure a complete flow of information for the smooth processing of all matters
- Accompanying the cooperation with external companies

Aimed at business travelers, event organizers and trade fair visitors, the hotel has 166 modern rooms. The hotel restaurant „Greenfields“ impresses with its local, regional food concept.
