Restaurant
You will be responsible for independently managing the bar and looking after our guests. If you are communicative and keep calm in stressful situations, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
Tasks
- Looking after and advising our guests at the bar and in the elegant lounges
- Deputizing for the bar manager and assisting with the design of the bar menu
- Helping to familiarize guests with the daily changing menus and drinks
- Induction of new employees and trainees into our bar team
- Ensuring compliance with all service standards and HACCP guidelines
- Creative co-design of our bar offer

Prerequisites
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist and several years of professional experience in a bar
- Passionate host with conviction, high quality awareness and service orientation
- A friendly, well-groomed and authentic appearance
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility
- High resilience, honesty and endurance of criticism
- Good knowledge of English; any other language is a plus!
