We would like to expand our sales department and are looking for a
Business Development Manager in field sales (m/f/d)
for Northern Germany + Southern Germany
Your tasks
Promotion of the Panaz brand to generate sales through the following measures:
- Develop, grow and manage your own key accounts in the healthcare, hospitality, workplace and cruise sectors
- Recording customer and project-related information in the CRM system
- Gain and share market insights with the global sales team, including monthly reports
- Ensure that key financial and planned targets are achieved
Specialist knowledge
- They act as experts for the Panaz product portfolio, focusing on the following areas:
- USPs
- Features and benefits of each product based on customer needs
- Aesthetics and trends
- Knowledge of the market and competitors
- Effective relationship building and sales techniques
Competencies
- Excellent communication skills that are tailored to the respective audience
- Sales, presentation and networking skills. An analytical approach to prospecting and forecasting
- Ability to take initiative in solving client problems. Organizational skills, administrative skills and time management
- Ability to manage a broad portfolio of products and client types. Proficiency with IT – Microsoft, CRM and bespoke software packages. Self-motivated and charismatic
