Your tasks
You will be responsible for cashiering, accounting and serving food and drinks in the (snack) restaurant as well as for the complete supervision of the coffee machines and food vending machines at another location.
You will manage the valeters (including billing and rectifying error messages) and perform various office tasks.
You will be responsible for setting up, dismantling and presenting the products and impulse goods produced in-house in the entire snack area, including (re)filling the food vending machines at another location.
You will prepare various snacks, snacks, small dishes, desserts, ice chocolate specialties, various baked goods, hot dishes and breakfast variations and sandwiches.
You will refill dishes and cutlery and help serve food and drinks.
You will be involved in the care and cleaning of all kitchen furniture.
You will process orders (incoming goods inspection, stocking, putting away, returning goods, incorrect deliveries, etc.).
Your qualifications
Experience in commercial kitchens, bakeries, butcher’s shops and casinos, where appropriate knowledge could be gained
Experience in operating checkout stations (ideally Giro Web checkout station) as well as maintaining and restocking food vending machines
Ideally knowledge of the Infection Protection Act and allergen management
Good knowledge of German
