You'll love it with us
- You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of food in the areas of front cooking, out-of-house catering, banquet and buffet
- You actively supervise the food serving area and enjoy communicating with your guests in our open kitchen in the company restaurants
- In addition, you will be responsible for the proper storage of all food and raw materials, including ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)
- With regard to accident prevention, you have a duty of cooperation, reporting and due diligence
- You will also provide active support at various events
- You will also be involved in drawing up, developing and implementing quality standards for the continuous optimization of food quality and work processes
You'll give us a taste for it
- You have completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- You have already successfully demonstrated your first professional experience in the hotel or catering industry
- You are characterized by creativity, organizational talent and motivation
- You are stress-resistant, communicative and flexible in terms of working hours within a reliable shift model from Monday to Friday
- You have a high service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high sense of responsibility
- EDP skills (MS Office) and a good command of German and English round off your profile
