Restaurant
You will be responsible for independently managing the station and looking after our guests. If you are communicative and keep calm in stressful situations, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
Tasks
- Placement of guests
- Managing your own station
- Provision of the mise-en-place
- Confident knowledge of the food and drink menus and all current promotions
- Professionally correct service at a high level
- Professional and friendly guest care and advice
- Responsibility for correct invoicing and accounting with the Tipos cash register system
- Working with the Orderman
- Immediate reporting and handling of complaints in consultation with superiors
- Compliance with all quality standards
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with the kitchen at all times
- Co-responsible for the introduction and training of new colleagues
- Professional handling, care and maintenance and cost-conscious handling of materials and equipment in the restaurant area
- Compliance with legal guidelines regarding occupational safety, hygiene in the workplace, etc.
- Integration into the team, cooperation with other departments and acting responsibly in accordance with the company’s objectives
