Your tasks
With us, you are a central contact person in service - with responsibility and room for your own ideas:
- You ensure a smooth service process and a warm welcome for our guests
- You are responsible for managing a service station with approx. 30 guests
- You accompany breakfast, lunch and dinner service with style & heart
- You actively advise on wine & drink combinations and sell with enthusiasm
- Mise en place, quality standards (HACCP) and preparation & follow-up are part of your area of responsibility
Your profile
To get started with us, you need the following:
- Completed training in the hotel and catering industry
- Several years of experience as a Chef de Rang in a 4/5* hotel
- Knowledge of wine, enjoyment of guest contact & a real passion for service
- Well-groomed appearance, team spirit and confident, friendly demeanor
- Very good German and good English skills
