Your tasks
Checking applications and issuing the official customs document Carnet de Passages (CdP) are among your main tasks.
You will advise ADAC members and customers in writing and by telephone on the CdP and on the import and export of vehicles in German and English.
Correspondence with foreign partner clubs, customs authorities and reinsurers (exclusively in English) is also part of your area of responsibility.
You will process customs complaints and claims.
You will also advise on customs issues in the context of individual travel and the import and export of private vehicles.
You will support the team in analysing existing processes to optimize workflows with a particular focus on digitalization potential.
Your qualifications
You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, foreign trade, tourism or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of import and export topics.
You have experience with digital processes and methods and are well versed in all Office applications.
You are characterized by accuracy, commitment and reliability.
Your profile is rounded off by an independent, solution-oriented and quality-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills.
You have a very good command of German and a good to very good command of written and spoken English
