Your secret weapons…
- Completed commercial training (ideally with further training in HR)
- Several years of professional experience in personnel processing is desirable
- Sound knowledge of labor, personnel and tax law
- Initiative, enthusiasm and reliable work ethic
- Friendly and open demeanor
- Experience with DATEV and the common MS Office programs
Your mission…
- Responsibility for administrative personnel management
- Creation of employment references, employment contracts, certificates and other documents for our employees
- Digital document filing and database maintenance
- Contact person for employees on personnel administration issues
- Maintaining electronic personnel files in REXX
