You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Preparation and follow-up of the mise en place for our breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offerings
- You take care of the breakfast buffet with the preparation of various egg dishes and are responsible for the preparation of à la carte dishes, buffets and menus
- You work independently and attentively and contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our establishment
- You comply with HACCP standards and are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth workflow in the kitchen
- You support the design of the menu and the training of our trainees
