Corporate Housekeeper (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the hotel sector with professional and management experience in the hotel industry or several years of professional experience in housekeeping in a management position
- Experience in managing an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Sound knowledge of hotel-specific processes, e.g. USPH (US Public Health)
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) and hotel-specific software
- High willingness to travel and diplomatic communication skills
- Confident appearance, flexibility, willingness to provide service and sense of responsibility
Your destination
- Fleet-wide review and analysis of existing housekeeping processes with regard to optimized procedures, compliance with standards and budget targets
- Conceptual preparations for the commissioning of new ships
- Analysis of existing structures and processes and their further development with regard to maximum guest satisfaction
- Creation and monitoring of housekeeping standards, briefing and training documents
- Specialist training of on-board staff on the ships
- Carrying out sector-related market analyses and selecting housekeeping products
