Demi Chef de Rang for our banquet service (m/f/d)
We are looking for you to support our service team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
What you can expect from us :
- Providing professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
- Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if the authority has been granted
- Preparing events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, laying tables and carrying out mise en place
- Ensuring compliance with house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
What we wish for :
- successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- first professional experience in the upscale hotel industry desirable
- Openness, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy dealing with international guests
