- In your role, you will ensure smooth service and excellent guest care – if necessary, you will represent the management in strategic and operational tasks.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for managing and developing employees, including regular feedback to the team leader and targeted training measures in service.
- You assign service staff with foresight and expertise to ensure optimal operational processes and employee satisfaction.

- Last but not least, you will be involved in the development of F&B concepts and promotions – always keeping an eye on values such as innovation and guest loyalty.
