What you can expect from us :

Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, guest laundry, in-house laundry and minibar consumption in accordance with quality standards. Reporting rooms to the front office.

Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to the first housekeeper.

Monitoring the deployment of our own staff and external companies.

Economical management of the magazine and distribution of the required materials to the employees as well as management and control of the floor office and the chambermaid trolleys

Ensuring general office organization and safeguarding work processes.

Induction of housekeeping staff, trainees and interns.

Initiating necessary repairs and monitoring their execution.
What we wish for :

successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification, such as business economist (m/f/d) for nutrition and supply management
-
other foreign languages are an advantage
-
positive charisma
-
professional appearance and a well-groomed appearance

an eye for detail and the highest standards of quality
