Front Office Supervisor (STARS)*
You are happy to take on these tasks:
- Coordinating and ensuring that the front office always runs smoothly
- Professional and cordial reception as well as optimal care of our guests
- Effective handling of special guest requests and challenges
- Complaints and claims management
- Creation of duty and vacation schedules
- Checking the daily booking status and initiating any necessary measures
- Completion and control of F/O daily tasks according to applicable checklists
- Collaboration at the front office in operational business in early and late service
- Recognizing training needs and carrying out on-the-job instruction and training
- You can be deployed as a manager on duty
- Ensuring and complying with all necessary standards of our franchise partner

The Hilton Garden Inn Munich Messe is located directly on the A94 and allows guests to reach Munich’s exhibition center within a few minutes by car. Aimed at business travelers, event organizers and trade fair visitors, the hotel has 166 modern rooms. The hotel restaurant „Greenfields“ impresses with its local, regional food concept.
