Your tasks:

• Personnel responsibility for the members of the kitchen team
• Planning, production and preparation of meals in the á la carte, banquet and half-board areas
• Creation of menus and buffets including costing
• Organization of ordering
• Responsibility for organizing the ordering of goods and checking the use of goods
• Responsibility for the correct receipt and inspection of goods and quality assurance
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines and safety regulations
• Supervising trainees in the department and training new employees and trainees
• Creation of duty rosters and daily staff allocation

• Have you completed vocational training as a chef and have several years of professional experience as well as management experience?
