Shared Service is an up-and-coming area that supports Diakoneo’s facilities with catering, cleaning, technical services, passenger transportation, logistics, rental services, accommodation and conferences. The place of work is the kitchen in the Diakoneo Rangauklinik Ansbach.

Your qualification:
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the clinic to ensure the economical and nutritionally balanced supply of food as well as managing and instructing the subordinate staff.
- In coordination with the Head of Catering Service, you will also be responsible for reporting and the budget.
- You will be responsible for the further development of the concept and the offer for the rehabilitation area and take on the design and responsibility for the teaching kitchen and the nutritional advice program for patients.

Your profile
- You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d) for nutrition and catering, dietician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained experience in managing a (kitchen) team in communal catering.
- You can also demonstrate several years of practical experience or additional knowledge in the practical implementation of HACCP concepts and a QM system or comparable knowledge and experience.
- You have a strong service orientation and very good communication skills.
- You are willing to help shape our diaconal profile.
