- Professional experience in facility management or building services engineering desirable
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding

- Class B driver’s license required
Your mission…
- Maintenance, servicing and monitoring of the building’s technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Carrying out minor repairs and manual work in the building
- Coordinating and monitoring external service providers and tradesmen
- Troubleshooting and documentation of measures
- Checking compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Support with relocations, conversions or other logistical tasks in the building
- On-call duty in the event of faults or fire brigade/police/alarm system
