Perhaps you are already familiar with Pflanzen-Kölle? We are a sustainable, over 200-year-old family business with around 1,500 employees, spread over 13 garden centers throughout Germany, two large nurseries in Heilbronn and Munich and the headquarters directly in Heilbronn. Under the motto “I make it beautiful”, our unique garden experience world inspires customers and employees alike. We offer an inspiring shopping experience both offline and online and sell everything that makes life more beautiful!

We operate ten café-restaurants in our garden centers with catering partners or on our own initiative. These are an elementary component of our garden experience world.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training and have professional experience in the catering industry, ideally with further training as a specialist or business economist (ideally experience in system catering)

  • You have very good communication skills, strong implementation skills and an understanding of business management

  • You are willing to travel regularly and also for several days in the north and south of Germany

Your tasks:

  • You will develop new concepts and event formats for our in-house café-restaurants as well as for our partner businesses

  • You will analyze marketing campaigns and develop new strategies to increase frequency

  • You will be responsible for the implementation of established standards and continuously develop our gastronomy concept further

  • You form the interface between our business partners and internal departments

  • You plan and implement the modernization of our restaurants, ranging from simple rebranding to complete new construction
