Your tasks
You represent and look after our reception and conference area as part of the reception team.
You warmly welcome our customers, business partners and guests and take care of their physical well-being.
You will support our office management and take on various administrative tasks, such as processing incoming/outgoing mail, courier shipments and processing invoices from external service providers.
You will order and manage catering and office supplies and keep our staff areas and kitchens tidy.
You will be actively involved in the planning and implementation of our internal events and will also be responsible for organizing the catering.
Your qualifications
You have already gained experience in the reception area or in the catering/hotel industry.
You speak and write German and English very well.
You are confident in using the common MS Office applications.
You are a team player and love varied tasks.
You have a talent for organization and can keep track of several projects at the same time.
You handle confidential issues discreetly and diplomatically.
