You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Responsibility for the optimal utilization of room capacities at the best possible rate
- Ensuring good, collegial and effective cooperation within the departments and with other hotel departments
- Receiving and processing reservation, group and meeting requests
- Supporting the entire booking process, including complaints processing and taking into account the franchise partner’s bonus systems
- You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
