InCa – InklusionCatering Mainfranken is an inclusion company and part of the Mainfränkische group of companies. Restaurant and service manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
Your area of responsibility:
- Management and coordination in the restaurant and service area
- Link between management, divisional management and colleagues (m/f/d)
- Contact person (m/f/d) in all matters for excellent service
- You will work closely with the kitchen management
- Induction, guidance and further development of the team
- Planning, implementation and calculation of internal and external events
- You look after the guests in the restaurant
- Taking orders and cashing up food and drinks
- You will support the kitchen or counter staff as required
- Implementing and adhering to hygiene and disinfection measures
Your qualifications

- Experience as well as heart and hand for employee management
- High level of communication skills both internally and externally
- You have professional experience in gastronomy service
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Your passion is to offer guests and visitors (m/f/d) the best service
- You have a keen eye for the big picture in service processes and an eye for detail
- Resilience, flexibility and creativity are a matter of course for you
- Social skills and enjoy working with people with and without disabilities
- Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
