For our two Michelin-starred Restaurant Eisvogel, we are looking for a committed, responsible personality as Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) who will lead our young team both professionally and personally and set new standards together with us.
Tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the service in the Eisvogel restaurant (2 Michelin stars)
- Professional and personal leadership of a young, ambitious service team
- Ensuring and further developing the service and quality standards of top gastronomy
- Active guest care at the highest level
- Responsibility for wine and beverage accompaniment (including advice and recommendations)
- Working with high-quality products (e.g. cheese trolley/cheese recommendations)
- Organization of reservation processes and confident handling of cash register and reservation systems
- Role model function in daily service
Profile:
- Several years of experience in star gastronomy
- Very sound knowledge of high-class service and guest care
- Strong knowledge of wine and beverages, ideally with a sommelier background
- High quality standards, precision and a genuine host mindset
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with empathy, team spirit and appreciative communication
