Your tasks
- In this position, you will work in a team with our Director of Sales & Marketing and Convention Sales
- You will look after existing customers, conduct visits, house tours and contract negotiations
- You acquire new customers & guests, primarily in the MICE sector
- You process RFPs and draw up framework agreements
- You represent the ATLANTIC Essen at trade fairs, events, etc.
- You develop creative measures & sales strategies
Your qualifications
- You have completed training in the hotel industry
- You have experience in proactive sales
- You enjoy dealing with people and have a positive demeanor
- You like to work independently and enjoy taking responsibility
- You have a driver’s license
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
