Your mission…
- You support all processes that occur in the sales department – from the first telephone contact to the offer phase and presentation to the opening of new customers
- You will work independently on administrative and organizational tasks and support the sales team in their daily work processes. This includes coordinating department-relevant topics, processes, deadlines and tracking internal projects
- You will take on administrative tasks such as corresponding with interested parties and coordinating internal appointments and passing on information
- You are involved in the preparation of appointments with interested parties (preparation of presentations, coordination of equipment and food, etc.)
- You are responsible for the digital office organization and support the teams in all organizational matters
- You will be responsible for preparing, creating and reviewing tender files and viewing the associated tender documents on the relevant tender portals until they are submitted on time
- You maintain prospective customer data, read address data from the database and prepare mailings
