Supervisor Company Travel Services (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Studies in the field of tourism, business administration or commercial training in tourism
- Initial experience in staff management
- Professional experience in the service and/or tourism sector as well as good knowledge of travel-specific technologies and systems (Amadeus, online booking engines)
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Service-oriented approach, assertiveness and high resilience
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
Your destination
- Participation in the day-to-day operations of Travel Services and staff deployment planning
- Process optimization in terms of efficiency and risk minimization incl. creation, maintenance and evaluation of statistics
- Supporting the implementation of tenders and negotiations with current and potential contractual partners, including drafting and processing contracts
- Active participation in the further development of travel management systems and in the expansion and maintenance of booking systems and online tools
- Responsibility for project coordination and implementation as well as ensuring service and travel quality appropriate to the company
