Your tasks
With enthusiasm, empathy and passion, you manage to develop tailor-made travel experiences. Putting together travel packages based on the individual needs and wishes of our customers is a matter of course for you.
You feel at home in active sales. You know how to inspire our customers with your strong communication skills. In this way, you ensure that every customer receives first-class advice and thus strengthen customer loyalty.
Together with your colleagues, you will achieve the sales targets set for the team and enrich it with your experience and ideas.
Your qualifications
Ideally, you have completed training as a travel/tourism agent (f/m/d).
You have experience in the travel industry and enjoy dealing with people. Your service-oriented way of thinking and acting will benefit you every day when advising our customers.
You have a genuine enthusiasm for travel and different cultures, which drives you in your work.
Your creative ideas and innovative spirit help us to continuously improve and expand our range of services.
Your organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer focus make you an invaluable part of our team.
Specialist, product and destination knowledge are a matter of course for you
You are familiar with all common booking and sales systems.
