Trade Engagement Specialist (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Commercial or tourism training, ideally supplemented by professional experience in tourism with a focus on media/social media/community management
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Structured and organized way of working with a high customer and service orientation
- Communicative and confident demeanor as well as strong teamwork skills
Your destination
- Responsibility for the management and further development of own AIDA Facebook groups, in particular the „Expi-Crew“
- Planning, creating and publishing content, responding to member inquiries and
- Development, maintenance and implementation of group rules
- Planning and implementation of Expinet, B2B newsletter content and other media tools
- Conception, organization and implementation of surveys and booking competitions for travel agencies using various platforms
- Analyzing and monitoring market trends, deriving recommendations for action and implementing additional social media accounts
